The apartment is furnished with all of the comforts of home in a beautiful location nestled in the heart of the Garden of England in East Kent but within easy access of motorways and rail links.
We offer free, secure parking on the driveway behind an electric gate. The location is an ideal hub for those who wish to explore the local countryside, food and wine hostileries, the arts and historical buildings. Selling is a small village with a local pub and railway station. Less than 2 miles away is the picturesque village of Chilham. There are rail links to London, Ashford, Canterbury and the Kent coast. Nearby is the medieval market town of Faversham, Cathedral City of Canterbury and Coastal towns of Whitstable and Herne Bay. Margate, Broadstairs, Dover and Folkestone are all within reach (20-30 miles).

Cannister Hall Apartment is entirely self-contained with its own secure entrance off a shared driveway. The owners live next door. Oak stairs to first floor with bright, contemporary living space with dining area overlooking countryside through juliet balcony. Door to shower-room and WC off living space. Open plan access to kitchen and sleeping area. Sleeping area divided by media wall with Smart TV. Juliet balcony with fine views of orchards and surrounding countryside from your sumptuous king size bed.
